Keep your CAT locator, Genny and suitable accessories together for transport. This is the CAT-and-Genny soft bag, rather than a bag intended only for the handheld locator. Equipment shown separately is not included.

Keep the locating system together

A bag with room for the locator, signal generator and accessories makes it easier to move a complete kit between jobs. This CAT-and-Genny bag is intended for the combined system; compare its capacity with the handheld-only carry-bag option before ordering.

Choose the bag for your kit

Carry a compatible CAT locator, Genny and suitable accessories together in this soft kit bag. It is a transport accessory; it does not add ingress protection or change locating performance. Locators and signal generators are separate products.

Choose the compatible CAT4 locator

Choose the locator you need to carry, checking the actual bag fit and capacity. For core route tracing, compare the new CAT4 or refurbished CAT4. For estimated depth in Genny mode, compare the new CAT4+ and refurbished CAT4+. If your team also needs usage and location records, compare the new gCAT4+ and refurbished gCAT4+. New or refurbished condition does not add a feature that the locator model lacks.

Build a compatible locating system

Match the transmitter, receiver, signal frequency and mechanical connection to the application. Use compatible equipment together and follow the manufacturer instructions and your site’s safe system of work.

Buying the locator and transmitter together?

Compare the new CAT4 and Genny4 kit with bag or refurbished CAT4 and Genny4 kit. For estimated depth, consider the CAT4+ and Genny4 kit; for usage and location records, consider the gCAT4+ and Genny4 kit. Review the included items first so you only add accessories you need.
