Return Policy and Refund Process
We aim for your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you need to return an item, we accept returns of unused, undamaged, and fully resalable goods within 10 working days from the date you receive them. Please note that the cost of returning non-faulty items, including shipping and handling, is the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, the original postage cost will not be refunded.
Conditions for Returns:
The customer is responsible for any damage incurred due to inadequate packaging during the return process.
Returns made after 10 working days or items not in a fully resalable condition may be subject to refusal or a 25% restocking fee.
Keep your proof of postage until we confirm receipt of your returned items.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of receiving the returned goods.
Software products are non-refundable once payment is received.
Notification and Approval for Returns:
You must notify us within 10 days of receipt if there are any issues that may require a return and/or refund.
Returns are subject to our approval and must be sent back at the buyer's expense.
Upon receipt, the item will be inspected to verify its condition. If the item is found to be faulty and free of physical damage, a refund will be issued.
We reserve the right to replace, repair, or issue a refund for the purchase price of any returned items that do not meet the above criteria.
In cases where the returned items do not align with our return policy, refunds will not be honored.
