How to Book Your Calibration, Service or Repair
Option 1 — We Arrange Collection
Prefer us to handle the logistics? We’ll arrange a courier collection from your address.
- Return delivery is charged at £9.95 +VAT per consignment — not per item or kit, so the more you send, the more cost-effective it is.
- Collections we arrange are charged at £15.00 +VAT per box.
Option 2 — You Arrange Shipment to Us

Your Calibration Certificate
A 1-year calibration certificate is issued with all equipment where applicable — fully traceable certification for complete peace of mind and ready for any site audit or inspection.
Once the work is complete and your equipment has been calibrated, we’ll contact you for payment and then return it to your chosen address. If any item fails calibration, we’ll send you a quote for the repair work needed before proceeding.

How much does CAT and Genny calibration cost?
